I discovered this juice recipe recently while learning how to eat a raw, organic diet. (I'll get back to the raw diet in an upcoming blog!) Its fresh juice that I found very refreshing. The portions are for 1 serving. Enjoy, and drink
to your good health!
- 1 small beet
- 5 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1/4 Cup mint sprigs, (or cilantro or basil)
Process all ingredients through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.
